Descendants of William Reed

William Reed was born in Kentucky in 1824 according to historical records. Those records all show his name as "William Reed", although some descendants believe his full name was Thomas William Reed.

He came to Texas at an early age, perhaps in 1833 (based on stories handed down in the Reed family), settled in Brazos County and married Margaret Yarborough in 1858.
