Mildred's brothers were Irvin, Lawrence, Oscar, Bill and Wayne. She married Olen Raleigh (Bill) Sanderlin on March 20, 1943. Together they raised their three daughters in Melrose Baptist Church in Houston. Bill preceded her in death in 1970. Mildred will be missed by her daughters and their husbands: Linda and Ted Dement, Fran and Charles Smith and Barbara Peterman; four grandchildren: Will and Susan Peterman, Teddy and Amy Dement, Chris and Amelia Dement and Kevin Dement; and five great-grandchildren: Caitlyn and Teddy Dement, Aidan, Emerson and Ivy Dement.

In MIldred's generation she is survived by her brother Bill Reed and by Vera, the wife of her brother Charles Wayne Reed.

Annie, known to her family as "Sister", was born in Brazos County on January 16, 1928, to Charlie and Sudie Cobb. Ann grew up in Brazos County and married Gearl Dean Rasco on October 26, 1946. Early in their life, Ann and Gearl moved to Houston, Texas where Ann worked for Petrotex Corporation for over thirty years. Ann and Geral built their ranch in Madison County while holding down full times jobs in Houston. In the early 1980's, Ann retired to pursue her dream of becoming an extraordinary cattlewoman. She is well known as a breeder of fine Herford bulls and people come from all over to purchase her animals. She was predeceased by her husband, Gearl, in 2001 and her brothers, Raymond, Clarence and Ralph Cobb. Annie is survived by sisters, Mary Mitchem of Houston and Marie Risinger of Terrell; a son, Geral R. Rasco and wife Dayna of Bryan and her grandson, Shawn Rasco and wife Cindy also of Bryan, Texas. Ann was of the Baptist faith and a member of Reliance Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her fierce independence and her love of animals as she enjoyed her cattle, dogs, and chickens. Ann ran her ranch mostly on her own through December 2014. Ranching was her passion in life.
