Faye Porter Blizzard age 85 of Grayson, Kentucky passed away Friday evening, April 05, 2013 at Elliott County Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born June 25, 1927 at Ault, Kentucky as daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Porter.

Faye had been employed as a waitress. She was a Christian and of the Methodist faith.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband George Blizzard; sisters; Laura Mabry, Gladys Porter, Bess Rose,Libby Bowling, and Maxine Rose. One half sister; Virginia Waddell, step sister; Geraldine Simmons. Brothers; Clell Porter, half brothers; Vaughn Porter and Bert Porter.

She is survived by one sister; Dixie Manning of Irvington, Kentucky, two half sisters; Joyce Ann Perry of Lake Wells, Florida, and Eleanor Wilcox of Warrenton, Virginia. Three half brothers; Glennis Porter and Dale Porter both of Mansfield, Ohio and Raymond Jewel Porter of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.

A service of rememberance will be held at a later date. Interment will follow at the Old Fairview Cemetery in Elliott County, Kentucky.
