She was born March 17, 1908, in Jakin, GA, to Robert and Rebecca Lula (Minter) Hudson. She was the wife of the late Lantrip M. York, who preceded her in death in 1990. They were married 63 years.
Lillian had been a homemaker and member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughters, Mary Frances Kachinski and husband, Jimmy, and Rosalie Martin; grandchildren, Dianne Hefti and husband, Eddie, Victoria Colson and husband, Richard, and David Sanderlin and wife, Sheryl; great-grandchildren, Erin Smith and husband, Jeremy, York Colson and Kathleen Colson; and one great-grandchild, Caleb Smith.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, May 27, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery, officiated by Chaplain Nathen Brewster.
