She was a resident of Florida for 57 years, when she came to Dunedin, Florida and then to Tampa. She was preceded in death by her father Rev. Fitzhugh Carl Sturgill; mother Blannie Emmaline (Spencer) Sturgill; husband George Stafford Nobles; sister Myrtle Ruth Sturgill; brothers Joel Worth Sturgill and William John Sturgill.
She is survived by her daughter Paula N. (E. Thomas) Vogleman; sons Jesse C. (Deborah) Nobles, and James S. (Leslie) Nobles; stepdaughters Marsha K. (Harry) Winters, Barbara A Pullin, Brenda F. Hamberg; stepsons G. Edward (Joy) Nobles, William H. (Elizabeth) Nobles, R. David Nobles, J. Wayne (Rosemary) Nobles; 7 grandchildren, 23 step grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, 26 step grandchildren, 5 Step great great grandchildren - 3 nephews, 1 niece, 3 grand nephews, 2 grand nieces. Interment at Orange Hill Cemetery, Tampa, FL.
