Sam Nicholson, age 79 years, died at his home at Hoyte Friday morning at 11:45 o'clock. Funeral services were held at the home Saturday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, with Rev. J. D. Potts of Austin officiating. Interment was in Rice cemetery.
