Sedlacek and wife Kayla, all of Tulsa; daughter, Rose Ann Sedlacek Ingram and husband Matthew, Broken Arrow, OK; brother, Charles E. DeHart and 13 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren. A Rosary will be said 7 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2009, at the funeral home and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, February 14, 2009, at St. Pius X Catholic Church.
