Transcription of Obit from Bryan Dailey Eagle, Tues., Jun. 28, 1938 Former Resident Dies in Houston; Buried In Brazos Mrs. Ola Shaw Dehart passxed away at her home in Houston Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the age of 61. Mrs Dehart was born and reared in Brazos county, and has many friends here who mourn her death. She leaves two brothers, George B. Shaw of Bryan, and R. R. Shaw of Rock Prairie, and a sister, Mrs. C. L. Eden of Bryan, as well as four sons and a daughter, Willard, Leslie, Bell and Warren Dehart and Mrs. Marvin Reed, all of Houston. The remains were brought overland to Bryan and the funeral services were held at Steep Hollow church Tuesday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. C. E. Bullock of Normangee, a life-long friend of the family, officiated in the services. Spouse of Isaac Lon Dehart Viola married Elonzo Isaac Dehart, son of Benjamin Daniel Dehart and Mary Ann Hooks, on 12 Aug 1899 in Brazos CO, TX.1 (Elonzo Isaac Dehart was born on 16 Feb 1877 in TX 3 6 7 and died on 3 Sep 1967 in Harris CO, TX 3 7 8.)
