Weddle, Floyd; sons and daughter-in-law, William "Billy" and Marjorie Akers, Wytheville, Daniel A. Akers, Indian Valley; sister, Rheba Alley, Floyd; grandchildren, Douglas Weddle and wife, Audra, Jack Akers and wife, Alesha, Sarah K. Akers; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nicole Weddle and Mckenzie Louise Weddle. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2005 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd with the Rev. Ralph Duncan, the Rev. Roy Turpin, and the Rev. Randy Lilly officiating. Interment will follow at the Akers Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Maberry Funeral Home.
