bullet  Death Notes:

Most researchers state that he died in 1910 in Memphis, Shelby Co, Tennessee. However no proof has been substantiated. This researcher has found that he never appeared on another census record after 1860. His wife applied for a Civil War Pension 9/22/1890, listing his service record with "H, KY Cav" and she was his widow. Therefore, he could not have died in 1910.
