SAN SABA -- Graveside services for Helen Draper Terry, 97, of San Saba will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004, at Terry Cemetery with the Rev. George McHorse officiating. died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, at San Saba Nursing Home. The family will receive visitors from 7-8 p.m. Friday at Howell-Doran Funeral Home. Howell-Doran Funeral Home in San Saba is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Terry was born Oct. 6, 1907, in Pontotoc to the late Lee and Lena Draper. She was married to Murrell A. Terry March 15, 1929, in San Saba.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Jerry Terry, four brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include a daughter, Martha E. Terry of San Saba; grand-daughter and husband, Dr. and Mrs. Kevin Shandera of Charlotte, N.C.; son, Mike W. Terry and wife, Joyce; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren who live in Stephen City, Va.

Helen married Murrell Alexander Terry, son of Joseph Woodson Terry and Emma Whitman, on 15 Mar 1929 in San Saba CO, TX.¹ (Murrell Alexander Terry was born on 10 Jan 1908 in San Saba CO, TX ² and died on 21 Feb 2002 in San Saba CO, TX ².)
