Broccoli Casserole
Sauté onion and celery in butter. Add broccoli; cook, covered, 14 minutes or until broccoli separates. Add soup, cheese, 1/4 cup crumbs and mushrooms.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
Variation: Almonds to taste may be added to mixture before baking.
