• Hellman's mayonnaise
• pimento
• green pepper, chopped
• onions
• celery
• hard boiled eggs, chopped
• macaroni
• juice of 1/2 lemon

Note: In true Nicholson fashion, there are no measurements to this recipe. However, one can adjust the amounts according to the amount of macaroni used.
