Linda Batton's Apple Salad
For the dressing, mix well:
Add juice from both cans of fruit and lemon juice. Cook over a low heat until thick and then cool. Add mustard. Blend well.
While dressing is cooling, dice unpeeled apples. Pull pineapple slices apart (DO NOT CUT) Combine with fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Fold in dressing. Put in salad dish and cover with coconut and cheese. Chill.
