Gerry's Potato Salad
The day before you are going to serve, cook 7 potatoes and cut into bite size pieces.
Marinate in:
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing (clear type not creamed)
- 1 cup diced celery (celery seed may be used, but you must gauge the amount)
- 1 small onion, chopped
Refrigerate overnight.
The following day:
Add:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 tsp. Horseradish
- mustard to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix thoroughly and serve.
