7-Up Salad

• 1 large family size box of Lime Jell-O
• 2 cups boiling water, to melt Jell-O
• 1 #2 can Delmonte crushed pineapple, enough for 2 cups
• 2 cups 7-Up
• 2 small pkgs. cream cheese at room temperature
• 1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix dry Jell-O with cream cheese until well blended.

Add hot water and stir until mixture is dissolved, then add 7-UP.

Put in refrigerator and let set slightly.

Add pineapple and pecan. Refrigerate until completely set.

Serve on a bed of lettuce.
