Swedish Meatballs
Mix and roll into small balls. Brown in oven at 350° F. Cover with beef stock or consommé (bouillon cubes may also be used), cover pan with aluminum foil, and continue baking until soft.
Note: If I am in a hurry, I fry these in a covered skillet, rather than brown them in the oven. I serve them with buttered noodles and green beans or English peas, or any green vegetable.
