Macaroni Casserole
- 1 12 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can small minced pimento
- 1 can small mushrooms
- 1/2 cup stuffed olives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt to taste
- 1 cup grated cheese, save 1/2 cup for top
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° F in a covered casserole dish.
