Macaroni and Cheese
Boil macaroni in salt water until tender. Drain in a colander. Put in casserole dish and add cheese alternating with macaroni, ending with cheese. Add sauce*. Cover with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350° F until crumbs are brown.
Easy on top of the stove - After macaroni is drained, return to the pot you cooked it in. Add about a 1/2 stick of butter, some hot milk and some Velveeta cheese. Stir it all around and presto, macaroni and cheese.
