Season with salt and pepper.

Add:

Cover with a lid and steam over low heat until potatoes are done. Make sure potatoes have had a little salt sprinkled over them, but not too much. Also, be sure to mix before covering. It is hard for me to tell you how to cook this for I just throw it together.

Mother's note: This is such plain food that I'm almost ashamed to include this recipe but Darryl and Jennifer love this and we all eat like stevedores when I cook it.
