Fried Shrimp
Beat all of above together.
Add black and red pepper to flour in a shallow bowl, or use Italian bread crumbs.
Put shrimp (make sure to butterfly them) in the egg mixture then roll around in the flour or bread crumbs.
After we bread our shrimp we let them sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so - it makes the batter stick.
Fry until they float.
Sometimes we get good smoked bacon and jalapeño cheese and wrap bacon around them (make sure you have a lot of toothpicks). Then we cook them on the grill on tin foil or in the oven. Make sure you cut the shrimp almost in half.
The only problem we have found with this is that sometime the cheese runs out - that is why it is important to wrap well with the bacon to keep the cheese in.
