Creamy Burrito Casserole
Brown the beef and onion together in a skillet; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning and refried beans.
Mix the soup and sour cream in a separate bowl. Spread half of the sour cream mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Tear up 3 tortillas and lay over the mixture in the casserole dish. Spread half of the meat mixture over the tortillas. Add a layer of cheese. Repeat the four layers once.
Add remaining cheese to the top and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Double the recipe if feeding more than 3.
