See's Hundred Dollar Chocolate Fudge

• 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups sugar
• 1 can Pet Milk (large)
• 3 18-20 oz. packages Nestle's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1 cup nuts

Mix chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallow cream in a large bowl and melt butter and pour over the mixture.

Cook sugar and milk 6 minutes after coming to a boil. Pour over ingredients in the large bowl. Mix well.

Pour into greased dish. Cool. Keep in refrigerator.

Note: Use a deep pot or it will boil over!
