Raisin Pie

• 9 inch pie shell
• 2 cups raisins
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tbl. flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• hunk of butter
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix filling ingredients, pour into pie shell and bake at 425° F.
