Pound Cake
Cream butter thoroughly; add sugar slowly and cream until butter looks puffy. Beat eggs one at a time and add to batter. Add flour and extracts. Mix thoroughly.
Bake one hour at 325° F.
Notes:
Baking may take more than an hour. Watch crust until golden brown.
Use a big tube pan as it rises lots.
Double recipe for large cake.
Grease pan but do not flour.
