Pecan Pie Squares
Grease jelly roll pan (15-1/2" x 10-1/2" x 1")
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
For the crust:
Beat flour, sugar, margarine and salt on medium speed until crumbly (mixture will be dry). Press firmly into jelly roll pan. Bake until lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
For the filling:
Mix all filling ingredients except pecans until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour filling over baked crust, spread evenly. Bake until filling is set about 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1-1/2" squares.
