Pecan Cake

Take out 2 tbls. of the flour and sprinkle over pecans.

Mix all ingredients together and beat slowly until blended.

Pour batter into a greased, floured stem pan, cook at 300° F with a pan of water under it for 1-1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN!! Before taking out of oven, stick a toothpick into center of the cake to see if it comes out clean.
