Parfait Pie
1. Bake a 9-inch pastry or graham cracker pie shell.
2. Dissolve a 3 oz. package of Strawberry Jello-O in 1-1/4 cups of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
3. Spoon in 1 pint of vanilla ice cream and stir until the ice cream is melted. Place in refrigerator until thickened but not set (10-15 minutes).
4. Fold in 1 cup of drained, sliced strawberries. Turn the filling into the pie shell. Chill until firm.
