Neiman Marcus $250 Cookies

• 2 cups butter or margarine
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 3 cups oatmeal, ground to fine powder in blender or processor
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 24 ounces chocolate chips
• 8 oz. Hershey milk chocolate bar, grated
• 3 cups chopped nuts

Cream butter with white and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

Blend together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, candy and nuts.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375° F. Recipe can be halved.
