German Chocolate Pound Cake
Cream sugar and oleo, add eggs, vanilla, flavoring and buttermilk. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Mix well and add German Chocolate that has been softened in a double boiler or a cup of water in a small pan. Blend together well.
Cook in stem pan at 300° F for 1-1/2 hours. Place cake under cake cover until it is cool or falls out of the stem pan.
