1 20 oz. can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple, etc.)
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Dump pineapple and pie filling into a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top. Top with pecans and arrange butter pats across the top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
