Chocolate Mug Cake
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a microwave-safe coffee mug.
Stir in milk, vegetable oil, water and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Cook in microwave on high until done, about one minute and 45 seconds.
Let cool a few minutes before eating.
Notes:
Microwave ovens are not all the same - yours may take more or less time for this recipe. A wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake will come out clean when the cake is done.
The cake and the mug will be very hot when they first come out of the microwave. Be careful!
