Cherry Pie
Cook until thick:
- 3/4 cup cherry juice
 
- 1/2 cup sugar
 
- 6 tbls. flour or 3 1/2 tbls. cornstarch
 
- dash of salt
 
When thick, add:
- 1/2 cup sugar
 
- 3 tbls. butter
 
- 3 cups cherries
 
- red food coloring (optional)
 
Pour into a pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 400° F.
