Nanny's Cheese Cake

Crust:

Mix the crust ingredients and line a 10 inch pie pan or spring pan. Bake at 375° F for 6-8 minutes.

Filling:

For the filling, mix cream cheese slowly until smooth; add vanilla, lemon juice, sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Pour filling into the crumb crust and bake for 20 minutes at 375° F. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.

Topping:

Reset oven to 425° F. Mix topping and pour on top of filling. Cook 10 minutes longer.

Cool and store in refrigerator. Best if refrigerated for 24 hours. Top with chopped nuts, strawberries, blackberries or cherries just before serving.
