Rich Banana Bread
Stir together the melted margarine and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the sour cream and pecans. Mash the bananas with a fork and fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F for 50 to 60 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then finish cooling on a wire rack.
