Bran Rolls

Mix shortening and boiling water, sugar, All Bran and salt. Stir until shortening melts. Cool. Add beaten eggs, softened yeast. Add flour. Mix well and knead the dough for a few minutes.

Cover and put in refrigerator right away or make into rolls and let rise 1-1/2 hours in a warm place.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350° F. Keeps several days in refrigerator. Recipe can be cut in half.
